ORIGIN OF THE NAME : Taken from the historic access road to the family olive grove.
LOCATION OF OLIVE GROVES : In the municipalities of Gargnano and Toscolano-Maderno, located on the western coast of Lake Garda.
HEIGHT ABOVE SEA LEVEL : 100 - 250 m.
OLIVE VARIETY : Casaliva 100%.
TRAINING SYSTEM : Traditional with irregular spacing and a density of approximately 300 plants/ha.
HARVEST PERIOD : Late October - mid-November.
HARVESTING METHOD : Manual harvesting with a harvester using a step and sheets spread on the ground.
DELIVERY : Within 24 hours of collection, using ventilated boxes.
PRODUCTION CYCLE : Continuous with cold extraction (temp < 27° C).
COLOR : Golden with bright green reflections.
FRAGRANCE : Fresh and persistent, with notes of green olive and almond.
FLAVOR : Full-bodied, with hints of almond and herbs. Sweet on the palate, with a good balance between bitterness and spiciness. Medium-high intensity.
